Andy Bogacki NZCB, LNZIOB, SNZPI - Director
Andy has been involved in the construction, development and property industries in New Zealand since 1973, with the majority of that time devoted to property analysis, corporate property advisory, consultancy and property development.
Andy founded Bogacki Property Consultants Limited in 1988 and has since carried out a multitude of significant tasks as corporate property adviser to many major corporates, government departments, high wealth individuals and trusts.
Prior to that, Andy spent 13 years with Mainzeal Group rising through the Construction Division to Development Manager in 1983.
Andy has been responsible for the development and construction of over 40 significant buildings in the Wellington area and is well known in the industry for his skills in property development.
He is a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ).
Andy is also a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Building and has had a strong involvement in marketing, having been Director and National President of the Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) for over 8 years.

Les Stone BCA, ACA, SNZPI - Director
Les has been involved in Construction, Development and Property since 1980. A qualified accountant, he has been a Director of Bogacki Property Consultants Limited since 1992.
Prior to that he held the following positions:
- 3 years as Company Secretary and Financial Controller of Downer Development.
- 9 years as Company Secretary and Financial Controller of Realty Development Corporation.
Les also spent 6 years in major accountancy practices in New Zealand and overseas. Les has been involved with all aspects of cashflow management, annual budget preparation/control, feasibility studies, cost benefit studies etc.
He is a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ) and is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Graham Hadley FNZPI - Associate
Graham has been involved in the property industry since 1976 with particular expertise in retail property.
Graham's retail experience includes 14 years at Challenge Properties Ltd, where he held Centre Manager positions at Wainuiomata Mall, Maidstone Mall, Pakuranga Town Centre, Shore City, Downtown Shopping Centre and the BNZ Centre in Wellington.
The BNZ Centre in Wellington was opened under Graham's management and in late 1986, Graham was appointed Southern Regional Manager, Shopping Centres. He has held office in the New Zealand Wholesale & Retail Merchants' Association as an Executive Member of the Auckland and Wellington branches.
Graham is a past Wellington Branch Chairman and National Councillor of the Property & Land Economy Institute of New Zealand and has been elevated to "Fellow" status for outstanding contributions to the property industry by the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Jon Bogacki BCom, BSc (Environmental Science) - Associate
Jon has been involved in the property industry since 2006 when he joined Bogacki Property. Prior to this he worked in the banking industry dealing with commercial and residential mortgages.
A graduate of Victoria University, Jon has a unique set of skills in Commerce, Property and Environmental Science which are extremely useful at a time when ESD and Green Buildings are setting the standard in commercial property.
He has been an Associate of Bogacki Property Consultants Ltd since February 2006.
