  • Telecom Corporation Ltd - Rationalisation of surplus property lease commitments in the Wellington region.
  • Vehicle Testing New Zealand - Acquisition/disposal of land and lease negotiations for new vehicle testing stations throughout NZ.
  • Smith City Group Ltd - Rationalisation of the national property portfolio.
  • Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand Limited - Prepared a confidential report on the sale options and methods of sale for Mitsubishi's Wellington facilities at Todd Park, Porirua and Wingate, Lower Hutt. Planned and executed the disposal process to maximise the financial realisation of Todd Park.


Audits of Property/Facilities Management Contracts and Property Management Reviews

Audits of services provided to clients by property and facilities management companies. Re-assessment of existing property management systems and recommendations on the most appropriate property management structures for organisations.

  • Engaged by the Justice Department to assist in its internal audit of property management of Penal Institutions.
  • Engaged by Transit New Zealand to carry out independent audits of property management services provided by outside contractors.

Specialised Analysis and Reporting on Property Related Matters

The company carries out specialised analysis and reporting of property related matters with specific emphasis on solving problems such as the following:

  • Engaged by the State Services Commission as part of its team to prepare the SSC Review of May 1991 titled "Review of Government Office Accommodation" which initiated the reform of New Zealand Government Department property management.
  • Assessment of the current structure for property matters on a national basis with particular emphasis on decision-making processes and to recommend an overall national property management structure for IHC Inc.
  • Detailed reassessment and 5 year strategic plans of the entire property portfolio of over 140 properties providing a corporate strategy for the rationalisation of property assets for Community Corrections. (1997 and 2004)
  • Review of Property Services at Auckland Prison for the Department of Corrections.
  • Performance Contract for provision of services between the Council and its Property Services division for the Hutt City Council
  • Development of a Network Property Plan for VTNZ vehicle testing stations based on a rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of the supply, demand and competition capability in the major markets in New Zealand.


Marketing Co-Ordination of Surplus Property

The company achieves leasings and sales of client's property via a co-ordination process that focuses marketing effort by real estate agents to secure lessees and purchasers.
